By using https://antideas.in (“the Site”) or requesting services from ANT Ideas (“ANT Ideas”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit an inquiry.

Website use
- The Site is for informational and inquiry purposes.
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Site in ways that harm us, our visitors, or third parties.
- Content on the Site — including text, imagery, marks, and case descriptions — is owned by ANT Ideas or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
Inquiries and proposals
Submitting an inquiry does not create a production contract. Any engagement for services is confirmed in a separate written agreement (estimate, statement of work, or contract) that sets scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. Until that agreement is signed (or otherwise accepted in writing), either party may decline to proceed.
NDA and confidential work
Many projects are confidential. Case studies and showreel materials on the Site may be limited or anonymised under client NDA. Asking for a private walkthrough does not oblige us to disclose restricted materials.
Talent and third parties
Roster profiles and availability are indicative. Booking talent, freelancers, or vendors is subject to separate clearances, contracts, and schedules. We are not liable for third-party delays outside our reasonable control once those terms are in place.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules, and revision limits are defined in the project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due as written in that agreement. Late payment may pause delivery.
Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise: we retain rights in tools, methods, and unused concepts; clients receive agreed rights in final deliverables upon full payment. AI-assisted elements, if any, are handled under the project agreement and applicable law.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Portfolio examples do not guarantee similar results for every brief.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, ANT Ideas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or from discussions that have not yet become a signed project agreement. For contracted work, liability is limited as set out in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different venue in a signed project agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
